1. Initial Call

During this call we will discuss your situation, gather a little more information and discuss how we may be able to help. If we are able to assist with your situation, we will recommend a consultation.

2. Medicaid Consult

The primary purpose of our Medicaid consult is to determine a plan to provide the best care and create a roadmap to accomplish that. The three areas covered are: Qualifications for the Medicaid program and explanation of the Application process. Financial considerations and planning for Medicaid. Legal documents and estate planning needed for future care. At the end of the consult you will receive a fixed fee for our services should you decide to move forward.

3. Implementing the Plan

Based on whether we are pre-planning or crisis planning, we will create a schedule and action plan to move the process forward. Often the plan will cover Medicaid application, drafting legal documents if needed, structuring finances to comply with the Medicaid guidelines.

I had legal documents from my doctor’s office for years. I wasn’t able to fill them out myself. After attending a seminar at my community, I scheduled a consult and started the process of having my documents created. FINALLY, I HAVE PEACE OF MIND MY FAMILY IS PROTECTED!
